Acceptance

By downloading or using DiskTree, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

Free version — DiskTree (free) is provided at no cost for personal use on your own Mac. You may not redistribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the application.

Pro license — A DiskTree Pro license grants one individual the right to use the software on up to 3 Macs that they personally own or control. Licenses may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Permitted Use

• Analyze and manage disk space on your own Mac
• Use all features included in your purchased tier

Prohibited Use

• Redistributing or reselling DiskTree or its license keys
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the application
• Using the software to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems

Disclaimer of Warranties

DiskTree is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that any particular feature will be available at all times. Use disk management features responsibly — always have a backup before deleting files.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, damages, or costs arising from your use of DiskTree. You are solely responsible for any files you choose to delete or move.

Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of DiskTree after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
